I’m pleased to share that both Salesforce and Gong have reinstated their Klue integrations in their respective marketplaces. As a result, all Klue integrations are once again available for customers to enable.
Klue’s Compete App is available in Salesforce’s AgentExchange here. Our listing in Gong’s Collective is here, and HubSpot has featured Klue in their New Apps section of the HubSpot Marketplace here. Klue Customer Success Managers are reaching out directly to help every customer coordinate re-enablement.
Independent Verification
This restoration follows CrowdStrike’s independent review of our incident response and remediation work. We’ve added dedicated controls for each partner integration: all outbound traffic from Klue now routes through static egress IPs that Salesforce and Gong have allow-listed, PKCE is required platform wide, and OAuth token lifecycle policies have been tightened. I’ve worked closely with our security team to ensure Klue goes beyond what’s required or expected. Rather than simply enhancing credential management, we eliminated GitHub Personal Access Tokens entirely in favour of short-lived, automatically expiring credentials, added centralized monitoring and detection, and implemented runtime network filtering and allowlist controls across every deployment pipeline.
My Cofounder and Klue’s CTO, Sarathy Naicker, goes into more detail about these measures here.
Looking Ahead
Over the past several weeks we’ve moved quickly to complete remediation, further strengthen our security posture, and validate measures we put in place. Today’s re-integration is a significant milestone in that work, and the improvements we’ve made have meaningfully enhanced the strength of Klue’s security and resilience going forward.
We know this incident required patience and trust from our customers, and we don’t take either for granted. We’re treating this as a permanent shift in how seriously we invest in security, not a box we’ve checked and moved past. We are committed to continue hardening our infrastructure as threats evolve, and we remain fully committed to protecting our customers’ data.
I’m grateful to our customers, employees, and partners for standing with us through this.
