“How are you different from [insert competitor]?”
This is one of the most common questions sellers get from their buyers when working a competitive deal. And in turn, it’s one of the most common questions you get from your sellers.
The problem is you don’t always have the answer, even more so when the questions coming in are about ankle biters or newcomers in the space. Because it’s almost impossible to track every competitor and build the content necessary to help sellers get answers to their buyers’ questions.
So what ends up happening is sellers resort to doing their own research and coming to their own conclusions, which can be out of sync with your broader messaging. And when sellers get further from the subject matter expert (you), the more inconsistency we see in the talk tracks used or content that’s put in front of buyers.
It’s important that you’re able to provide accurate, consistent answers to the questions your sellers come to you with, even those you haven’t created content for yet. Because the deals they’re working depend on it.
And with Klue, now you can.
Today we’re launching two new capabilities that will help you track and enable your sellers on your entire competitive landscape by creating AI-generated, rich competitor profiles that are built using information about your own business. All without you lifting a finger.
These new capabilities are called the Knowledge Hub and Competitor Profiles.
The Knowledge Hub gives Klue AI context on every aspect of your business including your GTM strategy, product lines, messaging and positioning, target personas and use cases, industries you sell into, and more.
Once Klue AI has that information, it uses it to automatically generate or enrich Competitor Profiles for the competitors you’re tracking in Klue. These profiles include key information such as how you compare, how to differentiate, and your strengths and weaknesses.
Unlike traditional sales battlecards that you have to spend time building and updating, Competitor Profiles are auto-generated and refreshed every 24 hours so that you’re enabling your team with accurate, up-to-date intel that they can trust. And not only can this content be created on-demand by your sellers when their buyers have questions about competitors you don’t have content for yet, but it’s also used as a source for the Deal Tips they proactively get to work and win their competitive deals.

Let’s dive deeper into each of these two new capabilities 👇
Knowledge Hub

Confirm Details About Your GTM
The Knowledge Hub acts as the central knowledge base about your own company. First, you start by confirming details about your go-to-market including target personas, industries you sell into, market segments you prioritize, the technology stack your customers typically use, and more. Klue AI uses this foundation to understand your market and your buyers to align content to your GTM objectives.
Confirm The Products & Services You Sell
Klue AI will automatically scan your website to identify the products and services you sell. You can review what we find for accuracy or add anything that’s needed to ensure Klue has a complete list of your solutions. This product knowledge helps Klue generate high-quality comparisons that highlight the competitive advantages of your specific solutions.
Upload Any Internal Documentation
Lastly, you can upload key internal documents such as positioning documents, messaging guides, GTM strategy decks, persona research, pricing and packaging information, and other proprietary content. The more context Klue has about your business, the more tailored and accurate the intel we can create and deliver to your teams.
Competitor Profiles

Competitor Overview
In the Competitor Overview, you get a detailed breakdown that includes insight into what your competitors say using data we’re pulling directly from their website, and who your competitors target by identifying their top industries and biggest customer logos. This helps your sellers ground themselves in who they’re competing against.
How You Compare
In the How You Compare section, you get another detailed breakdown into why you win, showcasing your competitive advantages in specific scenarios based on your value proposition, and why customers might choose that specific competitor detailing where the competitor might have an advantage. This helps your sellers anticipate objections and prepare responses for questions they get.
How To Differentiate
In the How to Differentiate section, Klue surfaces key differentiation factors between you and your competitor, focusing on the things that matter most to your buyers. This helps give sellers clear, concise talking points about your unique value or value wedge that they can bring into a conversation with their prospect.
Strengths And Weaknesses
In the Strengths and Weaknesses section, you get insight into where a competitor is, well, strong or weak by tapping into product review sites like G2, win-loss reports, and existing content in Klue. This helps sellers navigate conversations to focus on areas that highlight your advantage or stay away from areas that they might want to avoid.
