We’re in the business of helping other companies win more deals and grow their business. But we couldn’t do what we do — defining and owning a new category — without first being a winning company ourselves.

We’ve got ambitious goals. That why we need every single member of the Klue team to contribute. Often, that starts with contributing ideas.

Every idea won’t be a breakthrough. But that’s not the point. 

At Klue, we’ve created an environment where everyone feels safe to take risks. Because we know that, if we fail, we’ve got an entire team around to pick us up. 

We’re able to innovate, iterate, and generate ideas faster than our competitors all thanks to our commitment to radical transparency and excellence with humility.

No time for a victory lap

November 2021 has been an amazing month for our company. First, we were named one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies as part of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Awards. 

Then just last week, we took home top honours at the Technology Impact Awards (TIAs), winning Tech Culture of the Year! 

And now, as we round out the month being honoured by Waterstone HC, we’ll allow ourselves to enjoy the moment a bit. The work our People team, led by Kathy Enros, has done to get us here is formidable. 

But we’re not even close to being done yet. We’re going to continue coming to work every single day to be the Competitive Enablement industry leader, building a new category along the way. 

It’s no time for a victory lap.
