Klue’s commitment to supporting your organization

March 23, 2020 by Jason Smith

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has affected each of us more profoundly than we could have imagined even a week ago and I wanted to share what we have been doing at Klue to help lessen the impact on our employees and our communities while maintaining business continuity for our customers.

First and foremost, our priority is the health and safety of our employees, and over the past week all of us have been working safely from home. Klue has always supported a work-from-home option and has a video-on culture, so whether we are working from home or the office you will continue to see the same smiling, familiar and friendly faces on the other side of the line. We’ve also invested in in-home internet upgrades for all of our employees to help ensure all types of communications with customers remain at the highest possible quality.

As a customer, you rely on Klue to be your key partner in competitive enablement to help grow and protect revenue, which may be more important now than ever. We take our responsibility to deliver product and service excellence very seriously and being here for you day in day out will always be our primary focus as an organization. Klue’s investment in infrastructure and processes, supported by Heroku, AWS and the Google Cloud Platform, is designed to scale and we are prepared to handle the increased workloads from our customers.

Like us, we know you have employees working remotely to help contain the virus and we are here to support them. In times of uncertainty, communication is key and many of our customers are leveraging the Klue internal newsletter and increasing communications to daily updates on how the market, competitors and even their own company is reacting to the crisis. We are also seeing a spike in training and enablement requests across our customer base and in response, our team has increased its capacity to serve you both directly through 1-1 engagements, with your Customer Success Manager, and through a refreshed Help site with free on-demand learning resources and an updated product release page.

Please know the Klue family is here for you during this crisis. We are all in this together and we will get through this together. If there are additional ways for us to support you, please let us know.

Wishing you health and safety.
