VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON EVENT
OCT 28-30, 2024
Hey Competers! It’s Eric Holland here with the latest product updates from Klue.
For the month of June and July, we’re excited to share new features that will help you:
Here’s a quick recap of everything we shipped over the past couple of months.
Wouldn’t it be nice if your Digests had more than just Alerts?
Now, you can add custom text to Digests. Include links and other content that you wouldn’t normally find in Alerts. Add win stories, updates to your latest battlecards, or anything else you want to write about.
All of your Digests are coming from a Klue email address. It’s time to fix that.
Now you can send Digests from your own domain. It’s a small change, but it can make a big difference in how your digests are received and engaged with.
Consumers need a focused view of Klue. And a permanent news feed wasn’t helping.
Now they can collapse and expand the news section at any time. Instead of removing the news altogether, they can have the best of both worlds.
You can put a lot of content on a Klue board. But the more content, the more scrolling you need to do. And sometimes things get missed.
We’ve added indicators on board lanes to remind you when to scroll for more information. It’s a simple tweak, but it will make a big difference.
Microsoft is tightening up their 3rd party embed policies. This means you couldn’t access Klue in Teams anymore.
But good news: we’ve built an integration so you can view battlecards, catch up on competitive news, and even submit intel—all without leaving Teams. Please click here to get everything set up.
When your sales team is working deals, they need competitive content to live in the tools they are using.
Now you can embed battlecards directly in Gong Engage. This is part of our recently launched Gong Integration.
More details about the launch are here.
As always, we’d love to hear what you think about these updates. If you have any questions or need help, just reach out to your customer success manager.
Stay tuned for more updates next month!
Don’t stop competing,
Eric
