What types of interviews does it support?

At launch, the AI Interviewer supports internal seller interview use cases:

  1. Seller Deal Debriefs – capturing why a specific deal was won or lost directly from the rep. 
  2. Seller Intel (Field Insight) – capturing what sellers are seeing across the market across all their deals.

Does the AI Interviewer replace human-led win-loss interviews?

No. Human-led buyer interviews still deliver the deepest strategic insight.

AI Interviewer complements those interviews by capturing the seller side of the story at scale — the part teams rarely get consistently.

How does the AI Interviewer collect responses?

Sellers receive a link (via email, Slack, or Salesforce workflow), talk naturally for 2–5 minutes, and the AI Interviewer handles the conversation. No scheduling, no back-and-forth.
